Common residential care questions

Can residents personalise their space?

Yes— residents are encouraged to make their rooms their new home by adding personal touches, decorations and familiar belongings.

One of our team members is insured to drive, offering additional flexibility for outings and appointments. No matter your needs, we’ll provide support so that you can still enjoy the community.

We work closely with each resident, regularly checking in and chatting to understand how they’re feeling and what they need. This helps us naturally adjust our care to make sure they’re always comfortable and well cared for.
